I know I'm biased, but this is HOT!!

I, too, am an Eric Benet fan! But he kinda disappointed me with his last project "Love and Life." This joint is definitely nice! Hopefully the entire project won't be a disappointment . Still love you though, Eric! Thanx Ladytlynn!

i might have to check it out...i enjoyed his music on that Faith joint (georgie porgie)...that was i nice album but i kinda stopped keepin' up w/ him after that...

Eric sings like he wants to sing. On this cut, he wants to sing in the stratosphere - he's in Phillip Bailey territory and is singing his face off. He's not a full throated tenor in the tradition of Donny Hathaway or Peabo Bryson - his is a lighter sound - but man, HE CAN SING.

Eric says that this new album (coming maybe in Oct) is his best yet! He went for a 70's vibe and used live horns & strings when they recorded it. Can't wait!

I love Eric's last Cd Love & Life .......................... And I'm really feeling this here cut love them live horns and that 70's sound.

I see Ladytlynn is on it!!

This project looks very promising. Hopefully he will capture more than just atmosphere - I want the songs to be great too.

I hope other artist follow Eric's lead. We need much better R&B music than we been getting. Tried of little kids with no voices singing soul music let the grown people take control.

lyrically its ok, but melodically its too alica keys for me...and of course shes already a derivitive melodically...sooo...the song dont slay me...but...i remain a fan of eric's...i like his voice and his songs as a whole...and...he's delicious

Nice! He's one of my favorite male R&B vocalists and always has great arrangements and production. I hope his label actually promotes this album.

He says that the label is more excited about this project than they ever have been about his past work, so that's a good sign. He'll have duets with Ledisi, Chrisette Michele, Eddie Levert and Faith Evans. Can't wait!!
